Sr. UX Producer (Hybrid)

Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $118 - 124 per hourAre you ready to drive cross-cutting CX initiatives for a Leading Global Investment Firm? As a Senior UX Operations Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultative partner, establishing operational rigor and scaling enterprise design systems across core business portfolios. This high-visibility role bridges the gap between design, product, and engineering to transform complex customer experience delivery models. Hybrid (3 days a week Tues/Weds/Thurs) onsite in either Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:Execute strategic UX discovery and delivery roadmaps across cross-functional portfolios to accelerate high-priority digital initiatives. Mitigate project delivery risks by developing integrated dependency maps, resource allocation models, and executive-level status reporting. Establish scalable operational frameworks, change management protocols, and enterprise tool adoption to optimize UX team workflows. Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate enterprise design systems and maximize business impact.

Qualifications:5+ years of strategic UX program management, operations, or design delivery experience in complex matrixed environments. Advanced expertise in Jira/Agile workflows, Design Systems (e.g., C11n, AEM), and modern design ops capabilities. Proven track record of optimizing delivery health, managing cross-initiative dependencies, and delivering data-driven executive reporting. Bachelor's degree with exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, change communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
