The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of over 100 hourly merchandising associates across more than 200 retail locations.
• Drive project execution excellence for key merchandising initiatives, including category resets, new item cut-ins, and product stocking.
• Recruit, train, and manage field staff to meet client expectations and achieve on-time project delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel.
• Ensure consistent verbal communication and timely follow-up with assigned employees.
• Manage district costs, including travel and overtime, to maintain financial metrics.

What You'll Need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or field management.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the district.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory/management experience is preferred.
