Human Capital Specialist | Chantilly, VA, United States | Hybrid | $55,200.00 - $126,000.00

This employer is seeking a Human Capital Specialist to support client needs and contribute to the success of a growing organization. The role involves providing essential HR support, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service. The Role

  • Provide customer support for HR inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
  • Deliver solutions via phone, email, and HR self-service systems with exceptional service.
  • Manage and resolve HR questions concerning leave of absence, payroll, benefits enrollment, eligibility, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and utilize a knowledge management system to ensure accurate guidance.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to program leaders as required.
  • Contribute to the achievement of client human capital goals.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience maintaining a knowledge base for self-service support and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to research and process diverse HR concepts, practices, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is a strict requirement.
