Job Description

  • Boutique, specialist cyber security consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering strategic security outcomes for clients.
  • Focused on cyber strategy development, risk advisory, security transformation programs, and incident preparedness exercises.
  • Work alongside some of the industry's most experienced cyber security professionals in a highly collaborative environment.

This is a senior consulting opportunity within a growing practice that focuses on delivering practical cyber risk and security strategy outcomes for clients. Unlike traditional audit and compliance-focused roles, this position requires someone who can develop strategy and actively assist clients with implementation and execution.

You will act as a key leader within the team, partnering with clients to solve complex cyber security challenges, improve risk management capabilities, and drive meaningful improvements across their security programs.

  • Proven experience delivering cyber risk, strategy, or security transformation projects within a consulting or advisory environment.
  • Strong background developing and implementing cyber security strategies, frameworks, and governance models.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic recommendations into practical and achievable business outcomes.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across business and technology functions.
  • A passion for solving complex security challenges and delivering high-value consulting outcomes.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar are beneficial but not essential.
  • Deliver consulting engagements focused on cyber strategy, risk, governance, and security transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate cyber incident tabletop exercises and help organisations improve their preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Support clients in developing and executing risk management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams on security priorities and investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through mentoring junior consultants, developing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Join a high-performing consultancy with exceptional team culture.
  • Hybrid working model with strong flexibility while maintaining regular collaboration and team engagement.
  • Exposure to complex and interesting client engagements alongside some of the most capable cyber security professionals in the market.
