Housing Pathways Facilitator for Women's Reintegration

Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre (WAGEC) seeks a Pathways Facilitator to lead and enhance the Strong Foundations program for women in custody across NSW correctional centres. The role focuses on housing readiness, life skills and reintegration planning, delivered through six-week group cycles.

You will co-design and facilitate, tailoring delivery to literacy, culture and participant needs while ensuring robust records, referrals and post-release follow-up.
