This facility is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with a major university, dedicated to providing exceptional care to both adults and adolescents. The Role • Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift work setting. • Monitor patient progress, observe clinical symptoms, and assist with therapeutic interventions. • Administer prescribed medical treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists. • Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation and manage daily station operations. • Contribute to a positive, structured, and safe environment through interdisciplinary teamwork. What You'll Need • Completed education as a Registered Nurse or Pediatric Nurse. • Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities. • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with young people. • Experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry is advantageous but not required.
