Job Description

Location : Austion, TX / Sunnyvale, CA / Detroit, MI

We are looking for a Teamcenter DevOps / Configuration Engineer with experience in Teamcenter configuration, upgrades, CI/CD automation, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, scripting, and cloud deployments, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Teamcenter, including Deployment Center.
  • Perform Teamcenter upgrade assessments for newer versions.
  • Guide development teams on Teamcenter installation, configuration, and development standards.
  • Work with Teamcenter APIs and support technical development activities.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Configure Jenkins plugins and automate application deployments.
  • Manage source code using Git, preferably Bitbucket.
  • Implement automated code quality checks using SonarQube/SonarLint.
  • Develop and maintain Groovy, Shell, and YAML scripts.
  • Support automated deployments across environments.
  • Work with cloud deployment environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Support Docker-based deployments and containerized applications.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and multiple vendors.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Teamcenter Configuration and Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Installation, Deployment Center, and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter APIs.
  • Strong Jenkins and CI/CD experience.
  • Good knowledge of Git/Bitbucket.
  • Experience with SonarQube/SonarLint.
  • Scripting knowledge in Groovy, Shell, and YAML.
  • Understanding of cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of Docker is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-vendor and onsite/offshore teams.
  • Hi-Tech industry experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with automated deployment and release processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise PLM environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps automation and infrastructure/cloud technologies.
