Role Summary

Seeking an onsite L1 IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support at Patterson’s headquarters. This position addresses the immediate gap created by the loss of onsite technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on deskside support to employees at Patterson headquarters.
  • Respond to onsite workstation and peripheral problems.
  • Provide rapid onsite assistance for executive/VIP technology issues.
  • Diagnose problems that cannot be resolved effectively through remote support.
  • Coordinate with L2 EUC and engineering teams for complex incidents.
  • Perform basic hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Replace/reconnect equipment where appropriate.
  • Assist users with basic workstation configuration issues.
  • Document incidents and troubleshooting activities.
  • Escalate infrastructure, endpoint-management or engineering issues to the appropriate technical team.
