Location: Bothell, Washington (Hybrid)

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to act as a subject matter expert for a NetSuite ERP project focused on post-go-live support. This role involves a mix of technical and functional responsibilities, requiring ownership of the project's testing phase and the configuration of new supply chain features. The consultant will serve as a hands-on resource, augmenting the internal Business Systems team and providing critical support throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project phase, acting as the NetSuite SME to configure manufacturing, inventory, and procure-to-pay functionality, including work orders, BOMs, routings, assembly items, and costing.
• Build and execute implementation test scripts, lead unit testing, manage issue remediation, and document defects to ensure resolution across functional and integration scenarios.
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users and super-users, including issue triage, resolution, and delivering enablement on a train-the-trainer basis with supporting documentation.
• Perform ongoing NetSuite administration, including user/role management, saved searches, reports, custom fields/records, and form and workflow maintenance.
• Execute master record imports and support data conversion and sandbox-to-production migration.
• Support go-live resourcing, post-go-live stabilization, and month-end support activities.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration decisions, and support procedures.
• Participate in status reporting and project reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across configuration, administration, and support.
• Demonstrated NetSuite administration skills, including user/role and access management, saved searches, reports, custom fields/records, workflows, and CSV imports.
• Experience building and executing test scripts and managing issue remediation cycles.
• Proven ability to provide end-user and super-user support in a live ERP environment.
• Ability to work as an embedded resource, taking direction from internal leadership and collaborating with external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and/or ERP Consultant).
• Functional command of NetSuite Manufacturing (work orders, BOMs, routings) and Inventory/Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with SOX-relevant controls and audit-readiness for ERP systems.
• SuiteScript and integration experience relevant to manufacturing and supply chain.
• Prior experience augmenting an internal team within a partner/consulting delivery model.
