Job Description

Company: Precision Solutions (End Client: FBI) Position: Pega Developer Location: Washington D.C. | 4 Days a week, Onsite Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret Clearance Required Comp: Up to 170k + Benefits (Client will consider a higher salary for very senior candidates) Certification Requirements: – Certified System Architect CSA OR – Certified Senior System Architect CSSA Overview Precision Solutions is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join an existing team supporting the NSA.

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Pega platform while collaborating closely with business analysts and senior developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is an onsite role in Washington, D.C. requiring an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities • Work with senior team members and end users to analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform • Implement Pega solutions aligned with platform best practices and architectural standards • Support the Lead Pega Developer across full development life cycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment • Perform coding and unit testing using Pega out of the box features based on solution design documentation • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely updates and proactively identifying and escalating project risks • Support post deployment activities including production support, knowledge transfer, and client handoff to ensure long term operational success Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of professional work experience • Experience contributing within a team oriented environment • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilities • Strong interest in information systems and enterprise technology environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities Pega Technical Requirements • Must possess one of the following certifications: – Certified System Architect CSA – Certified Senior System Architect CSSA • Experience working with the Pega Infinity platform • Prior consulting or client facing delivery experience preferred • Functional specialization in areas such as CRM, deployment, or relevant industry domain experience is a plus Education Requirement • Bachelor’s degree required Clearance Requirement • Active Top Secret clearance required Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
