Job Description - Role:
Responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including:
    • Scrum
    • Kanban
    • SAFe
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
 

Required Certifications

  • Scrum Master Certifications:
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Preferred certification 
    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
    • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
