The Role

• Build and maintain rapport with customers through excellent phone and email support.
• Manage and own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Proactively determine reasons for overdue payments to maintain low portfolio aging.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize aging and bad debt.
• Meet departmental goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus.
