Job Title: Data Engineering Manager & Architect
Location: Edison,NJ / Hybrid

Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineering Manager & Architect to lead enterprise-scale data migration and engineering initiatives in a regulated Life Sciences/Pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data migration, ETL/ELT, data quality, and analytics initiatives.
Architect scalable data solutions using Azure and Databricks.
Partner with business leaders and executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead onshore/offshore teams and coordinate delivery with RTE/SAFe programs.
Drive data governance, security, compliance, schema evolution, and data quality.
Own architecture, delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
15+ years in Data Engineering/Data Architecture.
Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, data migration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data quality.
Experience with large-scale, multi-domain data migration programs.
Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma and regulated environments preferred.
Knowledge of SAFe/Agile, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA is a plus.
Experience with Dataverse/Dynamics 365 is a plus.
