HRIS Payroll Analyst

Crew Carwash is seeking an HRIS Payroll Analyst to support our growing network of express and full-service carwashes. In this role, you'll manage and optimize HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate, timely pay and clean, secure employee data across multiple locations. You'll process and audit payroll, maintain system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting for HR, finance, and operations leaders. Working in our people-first, team-oriented culture, you'll help improve processes, support system upgrades, and train managers on HRIS and payroll tools, contributing directly to a great team member experience and Crew's ongoing growth.
