Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 12 Months+

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• The ideal candidate will lead payroll configuration, business process analysis, testing, and implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Payroll expertise.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, Fast Formulas, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, data validation, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification is preferred.
• Multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations is a plus.
