The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to understand their financial needs and identify opportunities.
• Provide tailored advice and guidance on a range of financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business offerings.
• Assist customers with transactions and promote digital self-serve options to enhance convenience.
• Build new relationships within the community and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, as well as retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a passion for delivering personalized experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in using social media, mobile devices, and online tools.
• Ability to thrive in a consultative sales and team-based environment.
