Familiarity with standard file formats used for digital data (e.g. JPG, TIFF, WAV, PDF), the PREMIS framework, the OAIS model, preservation utilities such as JHOVE and DROID, and metadata standards such as XML, MARC, Dublin Core, METS, and EAD.

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Information Systems, database management) or equivalent relevant experience.
