The Role

• Support the new student intake process by answering inquiries and outlining funding options.
• Create and confirm accurate financial plans, advising students on financial eligibility throughout their academic journey.
• Maintain student satisfaction through effective phone, email, and SMS communication.
• Evaluate and adjust financial plans to ensure successful student outcomes, utilizing discretion and independent judgment.
• Analyze student data to identify needs for proactive outreach, coaching, and resource referrals.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal student experience from inquiry to graduation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 1+ years of customer service or related experience required.
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a self-starter with strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database software.
