The Role • Monitor patients using EKG, SpO₂, and invasive blood pressure measurements. • Manage ventilation, including setting and monitoring parameters. • Administer analgosedation, infusion therapies, and vasoactive medications. • Provide wound care, pressure ulcer prevention, and catheter management according to hygiene standards. • Respond to emergencies and perform resuscitation measures (CPR, ACLS). • Maintain comprehensive patient documentation in electronic health records. • Collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, and lab teams. What You'll Need • Certified as a Nurse, or equivalent qualification in general nursing or specialized nursing. • Ideally, a specialization in Intensive and Anesthesia Care. • Structured, independent, and responsible work approach. • Strong team player mentality and willingness to work shifts. • Passion for delivering high-quality care in critical moments.
