You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers and business stakeholders to design, develop and deliver Salesforce solutions supporting a broader contact centre transformation.

- 8 month contract
- NSW Government
- Experience integrating Salesforce with CCaaS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect
- Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript
You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers and business stakeholders to design, develop and deliver Salesforce solutions supporting a broader contact centre transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware and External Services
- Integrate Salesforce with CCaaS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect
- Work with OmniStudio and OmniScript
- Develop dashboards and reporting around customer interactions, SLAs and service performance
- Design and optimise Salesforce data models
- Configure Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Roles
- Support CI/CD and automated deployment using Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar
- Advanced hands-on skills across Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Strong OmniStudio / OmniScript experience
- Experience integrating Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect or another CCaaS platform with Salesforce
- Strong Salesforce API and integration experience
- Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification or equivalent practical experience
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification would be advantageous
