An established and highly successful education Trust is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join its central HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience to provide expert advice and support across a number of primary and secondary schools in London

  • es.Provide professional HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and line managers on employment law, HR policies and best practi
  • ce.Support recruitment, workforce planning, job evaluations and organisational change initiatives where requir
  • ed.Assist with the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedur
  • es.Support the delivery of a high-quality HR service throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to leave
  • rs.Produce HR reports, analyse workforce data and support strategic workforce planni
  • ng.Build positive working relationships with trade unions, managers and other key stakeholde
