Employment Relations Advisor | Wakefield, England, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £32,000 - £35,000 per year This employer is the highest Ofsted-rated provider in the country for special education and care, dedicated to making a positive impact through exceptional support. They are seeking a proactive Employment Relations Advisor to uphold their reputation for excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Role • Provide expert guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and attendance. • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases with accuracy and attention to detail. • Collaborate closely with senior HR, Head Teachers, and Registered Managers to deliver effective HR solutions. • Utilize HR metrics to influence decision-making and enhance organisational performance. • Travel across regional locations in the North West, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with occasional UK-wide travel for group meetings. • Embed HR policies and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Need • Significant experience as an Employment Relations Advisor in a fast-paced setting with a strong focus on ER. • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent. • Proven ability to provide independent advice, make sound decisions, and offer practical solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to build credible business relationships quickly and influence constructively. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive situations. • Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility to travel.
