The Role • Build and manage your own fitness studio. • Oversee all entrepreneurial aspects, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Implement and uphold brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Personal equity of €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities. • Motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Previous experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is beneficial, but not required.
