We are hiring on behalf of a reputable client in the chemical industry, situated in the heart of Hamburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team and contribute to the financial operations of a well-established company.

The Role

• Manage accounts payable processes
• Accurately code and book incoming invoices
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process travel expense reports
• Prepare and execute payment runs
• Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and internal departments on accounting inquiries

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and solid professional experience in accounts payable
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong user knowledge of Addison software
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Self-sufficient, structured, and goal-oriented work ethic
• Fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken
