Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering experience
• Prior leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong experience with Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
• Experience deploying machine learning solutions into production
• Databricks experience including MLflow and model deployment
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures

Desired Skills & Experience

• R programming experience
• Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI
• LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering
• Digital consulting or agency experience
• Enterprise-scale MLOps experience
