 Must Have Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have strong experience as a technical lead, guiding teams of at least ten members, with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage daily priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Kubernetes is must
• Gen AI
• 10+ years of related software engineering or technology delivery experience.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Java, and microservices architecture is required.
• Some hands-on use of AI for software engineering practices is also required.
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tec Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of people management.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple Agile teams, drive full-stack application development, and provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, Angular/React, SQL, and CI/CD. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, ensuring high-quality software delivery, improving production reliability, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. Strong experience in architecture, Agile delivery, production support, and engineering best practices is required.
