Job Overview

 

Reporting to the Director of AMER Field Marketing and working closely with two Field Marketing Managers, you will support the execution of marketing programs across two high-growth industry verticals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in B2B enterprise field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials pre- and post-event, and regular sales communications cadences
• Streamline procurement management and budget tracking
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable

Required Skills

 

• 0-2 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills — ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
• Mac proficiency
• Exceptional customer service skills with internal and external business partners

Preferred Skills

 

• Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Swoogo

Location & Work Model

 

Hybrid — candidates must be based in or near New York, NY, the SF Bay Area, CA, or Chicago, IL. Ability to travel is required.
