Database Platform Engineer

What role will you play?

In this role you will work across data engineering, cloud infrastructure operations and technology compliance within a regulated financial services environment. You will help maintain cloud and database platforms, support data operations, improve platform reliability, and contribute to security, compliance and cost optimisation across a complex data environment.

What you offer

• 2+ years' of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or database engineering
• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch
• Proficiency in SQL and database administration across Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience supporting security and compliance activities within a regulated environment, including access management and vulnerability remediation
• Strong analytical skills for performance investigation, cost analysis and resource optimisation.
