The Role • Safeguarding people, property, and assets by monitoring premises for suspicious activity. • Enforcing client site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. • Providing a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and maintain order. • Responding effectively to incidents and emergencies as they arise. • Offering customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. • Patrolling a variety of locations to ensure a secure environment. What You'll Need • Open availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and varying schedules. • Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with security teams and client personnel. • Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to all safety protocols. • 1+ year of customer service-related experience. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
