Computer Systems Software Developer with Security Clearance

* Working collaboratively with multiple technical teams (Information Assurance, Engineering, Testing, Configuration Management, Training).
* Proposing and demonstrating technical approaches in alignment with military standards and specifications.
* Working on multiple projects at once and managing priorities while communicating successes and challenges with the integrated technical team.
* Adhering to prescribed configuration management for all coding.
* Collaborate with government personnel to set up the lab equipment to including software installation/updates and system configuration.
* Creating and maintaining relevant documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures, configurations (software and hardware), and related materials. Requirements • BS degree in Computer Science, engineering, scientific, or technical discipline • Experience demonstrating the ability to engineer complex systems with integrated software and hardware solutions • Experience working with Windows operating systems • Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems • Experience demonstrating the ability to engineer complex systems with integrated software and hardware solutions. • Debugging and performance optimization skills to garner processing efficiencies by avoiding or quickly identifying bottlenecks, memory leaks, and general inefficiencies in processing. • Active Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • 10 years of experience with object-oriented languages, such as Java, C#, C++ experience. • At least 6 years of experience performing software design, coding and compilation of code; computer or software requirements management, computer systems or software integration; and utilizing systems engineering software tools; system architecture design. • Experience with programming languages and tools like C/C++, Jira, Jenkins, and GitLab. • Experience with developing mobile software and GUIs.
