The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV)
• Performing maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks
• Utilizing machinery and equipment professionally and safely
• Contributing to the successful implementation of the energy transition

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational qualification in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical)
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in the German language
• Open to career changers with manual skills, even without prior formal training
• Valid Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel (weekly from Monday to Thursday, including overnight stays)
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit
