We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead complex enterprise IT initiatives within large-scale DoD/federal environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, Agile delivery, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, and CI/CD experience.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 12+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or automation initiatives.

• Experience working in large-scale DoD or federal environments.

• 3+ years of experience leading multiple Agile teams or working as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role.

• Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for complex applications.

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, enterprise IT delivery, and technical project management.

• PMP certification is required.

• Public trust clearance is required
