Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Colorado
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed supervisors in Colorado who can help mental health professionals develop strong clinical judgment and confidence. This role is a good fit for providers who value clear communication, ethical practice, and meaningful professional support.
The Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians connect with supervisors who fit their location, license path, specialty, and supervision needs. By being listed through Gotham, Colorado supervisors can reach clinicians who are ready to begin or continue supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethical practice, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees strengthen their clinical judgment and professional identity
- Follow Colorado licensing and supervision standards
Maintain reliable communication and supervision records
- Active Colorado clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Colorado requirements
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
