The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a successful shopping experience for customers alongside your team.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems (including self-checkout).
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and implementing store concepts.
• Handle inventory, cleaning, and stocktaking duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with ideally some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead).
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for motivating others.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
