The Role

• Visualize customer requests using modern 3D planning tools to design dream kitchens.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts that balance style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
• Prepare quotes, handle objections, finalize agreements, and coordinate project logistics such as delivery and installation.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and active kitchen sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A confident and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills and a self-directed work style.
