Job Description
Are you ready to break through traditional boundaries and drive operational excellence at the highest level? As an Onsite Machine Repair Specialist at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, you will serve as the frontline engine of manufacturing reliability, taking complete ownership of mission-critical equipment to eliminate unplanned downtime. In this role, you will redefine what superior service looks like by performing rigorous preventative maintenance, condition assessments, and dynamic diagnostics on complex industrial machine tools. Every inspection, repair, and control adjustment you execute will set a new standard for precision, safety, and asset longevity.
