Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling needed work, and customer retention initiatives- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team to achieve departmental goals- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships- Manage service department metrics, including productivity, profitability, and customer feedback- Collaborate with parts and sales teams to optimize overall dealership performance- Maintain compliance, company policies, and manufacturer requirementsSkills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in an automotive service environment- Knowledge of CDK service management systems is advantageous- Proven ability to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills- Focused on achieving results and continuous improvementJoin our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and exceptional service.
