Job Description:

  • We are seeking highly skilled and qualified Senior Instructional Designers with extensive SAP expertise to design, develop, and deliver customized role-based blended-learning programs for enterprise clients implementing or upgrading to new versions of SAP.
  • This is a senior-level position requiring consultants and designers with proven expertise and demonstrated excellence in instructional design and ERP systems training. Currently remote with eventual Monday–Thursday travel to client sites.

 

Qualification:

  • Must Have experience in the following tools: Walkme, Enable Now, Articulate, Skyllful
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with major ERP systems
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple SAP modules at a minimum - prefer more
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • Proven ability to develop engaging, effective training curriculum that enhances user adoption
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles
  • Proficiency in training development tools (Enable Now, Articulate Rise, WalkMe, or similar platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop comprehensive course objectives
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom education programs demonstrating mastery of Adult Learning Principles and industry best practices
  • Plan, design, develop, and produce instructor-led training content and storyboards for electronic learning modules (WBT, CBT, eLearning)
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and develop course objectives based on findings
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts and clients to gather requirements for blended learning solutions
  • Develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and assessments
  • Participate in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles
  • Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions and expand into training delivery as project phases progress
  • Provide deep application knowledge, methodology expertise, and industry insights
  • Collaborate closely with process and system SMEs across multiple workstreams (Sales Execution, Pricing/Commissions, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, etc.)
  • Participate in daily standups and training team check-ins (approximately 4 hours weekly for PMO activities)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Manage status reporting, issue identification, and problem-solving

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to travel to client sites Monday–Thursday on a weekly basis
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Clear vision for detailed work on computer screens and printed materials
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and via video conference
