JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Ansible Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise automation, infrastructure orchestration, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Ansible automation solutions across hybrid environments while driving workflow orchestration, security compliance, API integrations, and deployment automation. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering scalable automation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Architect and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX.
• Design and develop reusable automation playbooks, roles, and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Integrate Ansible automation with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Develop automation components using Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Build and maintain API integrations across enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Implement infrastructure automation for hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Establish Git-based version control strategies and automation governance.
• Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, production-ready, and compliant.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring for automation initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong expertise in Ansible and enterprise automation.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower/AWX.
• Strong Python scripting experience.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based development and version control.
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Experience implementing secure, production-grade automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with database automation.
• Experience using Bitbucket or other Git-based source control platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance automation and OS hardening.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives.

GOOD TO HAVE:
• Hybrid cloud automation experience.
• DevOps transformation experience.
• Infrastructure governance and operational excellence.
• Enterprise automation framework design.
