Job Description

Must Have Skills: Role Purpose
We require an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support RAMSDay 2 Decommissioning activities across applications, infrastructure, dataarchival, and technology retirement work streams. The role will facilitatebusiness and technical analysis to safely retire legacy platforms, reducetechnology footprint, and ensure compliance with regulatory and retentionobligations.

• Demonstrated experience in application decommissioning,separation, migration, or technology rationalisation programs.
  
• Strong understanding of system integrations, databases, APIs, filetransfers, and infrastructure dependencies.
  
• Experience in data archival, retention, compliance, and recordsmanagement processes.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitationskills.
  

Experience working within complex banking or financial servicesenvironments preferred

• Conduct application and infrastructure dependency analysis.
  
• Gather and document business, technical, archival, and retentionrequirements.
  
• Coordinate decommissioning activities across business,technology, vendors, and operations teams.
  
• Support data archival, retention, and evidence validationactivities.
  
• Maintain RAID logs, action registers, and governance artefacts.
  
• Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, and stakeholderengagement.
  
• Support CAB approvals, audit evidence collection, and operationalhandover activities.
