Senior ServiceNow CSM Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise customer service solutions on ServiceNow.
Must Have Skills
• 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow CIS – ITSM • ServiceNow CIS – CSM • ServiceNow CSM implementation • ServiceNow ITSM • Customer Service Portal and Workspace development Nice to Have: • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher • Flow Designer • Integration Hub • REST/SOAP APIs • CRM integrations • Snowflake • Email-to-case automation
