The Role

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services.
• Actively build relationships and trust within the community by providing informed and satisfying customer visits.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Ensure outstanding customer service during and after the sales process.
• Stay current on the latest technology products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Recommend improvements or changes to products and services based on customer feedback and market trends.
