MS SQL DBA – AWS

We are seeking an experienced MS SQL DBA with AWS cloud experience to manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases in an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain MS SQL Server databases on AWS.

• Manage database performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery.

• Support SQL Server migration and modernization to AWS (RDS / EC2).

• Implement database security, access controls, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Monitor database health, availability, and performance.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in MS SQL Server Database Administration.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly RDS and EC2.

• Expertise in SQL performance tuning, backup, recovery, and high availability.

• Experience with database migration, disaster recovery, and security.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
