The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting over 1,300 employees across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Lead and develop an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leaders to align HR processes and programs with business objectives.
• Drive talent strategy to build and develop the teams that power the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Prior recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead HR strategy and develop teams.
