In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on a diverse portfolio of transactions spanning multiple property types, client segments, and markets. Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across various property types, client types, and markets.

Your key responsibilities will include

Perform comprehensive market and property research to support analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
Create and analyze comparable sales analyses to establish market benchmarks
Develop Excel models and conduct valuation work for investment analysis
Prepare pitch books and marketing materials, including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
Assist in deal management efforts throughout the transaction lifecycle
Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence materials and documentation
Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed, on-the-ground insights
Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
1-3 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate or finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into strategic deliverables
Demonstrated interest in and passion for the real estate industry
Desired Qualifications
Excel valuation and financial analysis experience
Understanding of real estate fundamentals and investment principles
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
Strong ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is
$90,000 to $110,000
.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the position.
