Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Irving, TX.

Summary

The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital products that enhance customer experiences, improve operations, and support business growth. This role partners with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives align with business objectives and are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of users and stakeholders to identify challenges and create effective solutions
  • Gather and analyze customer, market, stakeholder, usability, and UAT feedback to validate product direction
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize and execute the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and timely releases
  • Recommend improvements that expand capabilities, enhance user experiences, and drive business outcomes
  • Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Monitor product performance and leverage data to guide decisions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams around priorities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including user experience and digital products
  • 2+ years of experience leading product teams
  • Experience with technology platforms and knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, SQL, and related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to define, scope, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated professional who builds trust, fosters collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
