Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.

AI/ML experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Gather and analyze customer and market requirements and translate them into product requirements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Track product milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to identify improvements.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
• Comfort working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI/ML products or technologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data products, or analytics.
• Experience in a technology or enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development.
