The Role

• Operate and program CNC turning machines.
• Manufacture shafts and shaft-like components to precise specifications.
• Prepare tools, select clamping methods, and set up measuring equipment.
• Load, clamp, and align workpieces for machining.
• Monitor dimensional accuracy and adjust machining processes as needed.
• Document and label manufactured parts.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a CNC Lathe Operator, Machining Mechanic, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in CNC turning and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Independent, precise work approach and strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with loading and recalling tool data and machining programs.
