Job Description
We are hiring an Onsite Project Coordinator to serve as the single point of coordination between client stakeholders, internal field verification teams, offshore/back-office teams, and vendor or site representatives for an oil & gas field verification pilot. The role supports execution planning, site sequencing, mobilization/demobilization, and coordination of field walkdown activities covering P&IDs, plot plans, equipment tags, and related documentation. The coordinator maintains tracker-based governance for site readiness, deliverable status, and clarifications, while facilitating progress meetings and escalating risks or blockers. This is an onsite role based in Texas.

Key Skills

  • Project and site coordination across client, field, and vendor teams
  • Field walkdown coordination covering P&IDs, plot plans, area classification drawings, equipment tags, and instrumentation
  • Tracker-based governance for site readiness, document status, clarifications, and deliverable closure
  • Progress reporting, risk/blocker escalation, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in project or site coordination within Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical environments
  • Hands-on experience with field walkdowns and technical drawing documentation (P&IDs, plot plans)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Texas

Additional Skills

  • EPC or Engineering Services background
  • Equipment, instrument, and PSV coordination experience
  • Red-line/blue-line markup familiarity
  • Permit and site access coordination, T&M/AFE tracking exposure, vendor coordination
