Job Description
SwiftCruit in Melbourne seeks an experienced Lead Technical Support Manager to own end-to-end L2/L3 incident management for M2M devices and airtime services. You will guide a small team and collaborate with Sales, Accounts and network providers to ensure quick customer outcomes.
